If a client is not satisfied, please follow these steps:
 

 

    1.  Haircut - Notify us within 3 days and we will re-cut , trim or repair and cut to your satisfaction.
 

   2.  Perm and Color - Notify us within 7 days and we will repair and service that is faulty.

   3.  All Nail Services - we will repair, replace, or re-polish within 3 days.

 

 * There will be no charge within the days required. 

* No cash refunds.
